In 2004, our former parent company SYNNEX purchased a small company called BSA Sales to diversify its business. Following another strategic acquisition in 2006—this time a company in Rochester, NY called Concentrix—SYNNEX unified the two businesses into one, creating the Concentrix we know and love today! From the very beginning, we were on a mission to provide the best business solutions to help others, and we knew that if we wanted to be successful, we would always need to be open to growth opportunities along the way to reimagine everything CX for the world’s best brands.
Over the years, that drive to continually evolve led to us acquiring other businesses that were the best in their fields and adding more language capabilities and countries to our organization, strengthening our position as the leader in end-to-end customer experience (CX). Since then, our staff have taken massive strides to revolutionize CX, fanatically care for others, and uplift our industry in the process. And as a direct result of their dedication, we were fortunate enough to spin off as a public company in 2020. We’ve made huge waves in the market since our humble beginnings, and we’re not stopping any time soon.
